1.What currency are you using? Where are you based?    
        
VIBGYOR Collections is an online store based in Singapore with its design and studio units working from kerala,India.We ship our productsinternationally.We have our clientele all around the globe from Malaysia,India,Canada,Dubai,Australia,USA,England ..and many more to mention!!
As such, the currency displayed on our website is USD dollars ($) by default. At the moment, we only accept payment in Singapore dollars (S$),Indian Rupees INR,Australian Dollars (AUD),Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or US dollars (US$).
Do look for the currency conversion feature on the top left section of the website to convert prices to other currencies. The currencies available may be updated from time to time if there is a strong demand for the currency.
 

2.Can I order from outside Singapore? 
 
Yes, of course!
For international customers (other than from Malaysia), you can make payment via PayPal
 ( in S$ or US$). Do refer to the shipping section for shipping rates to your country. Feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
 

3.How can I check my order status and order history? 
 
Simply log on to your VIBGYOR Account to check your order status and order history. In addition, you will receive an e-mail update on your order status when your order is processed and shipped.
 

4.Why is my order taking so long to ship? 
 
At times, there may be designs that are popular to the point that the demand becomes overwhelming.More over we regularly take part in exhibitions which could result in a popular item being sold out physically. The design would then need to be restocked and this may take some time (ranging from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the availability of the fabric, the complexity of the design, etc.)
In such cases, time is a crucial factor in securing the stocks for you.You will be notified via email with all the details in such instances which are very rare.If there are restocking design(s) in your order, you will receive the rest of your order first. The restocking design(s) will be indicated on your invoice as well as in the notification e-mail.
 

5.What if the item runs out of stock? 
 
Our website is designed to automatically update to sold out status once the item out of stock and you would not be able to make a purchase.But again in rare to rare instance if you order an out of stock item,we will contact you via e-mail as soon as possible. You may opt for a replacement design, a refund in shopping credits or a cash refund.
Occasionally, we may restock certain sold out designs. Do
 contact us with the item name (size/colour,pic if any) to check their availability.
 

6.Can I adjust or modify my order? 
 
Your order is final once it has been processed.
If you've made a mistake or wish to make changes, do 
contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
 

7.Can I reserve an item? 
 
To be fair to all customers, we do not take reservations. Please make payment as soon as possible to secure the items you want.
 

8.Do you have a physical shop or stockiest? 
 
VIBGYOR Collections currently operates online only.
We do not have any physical stores or Branches or Franchises

9.Can I do a self-collection? 
 
Yes, you can but only with in Singapore! 
Self-collection is now available for Singapore Customers.Do refer to the shipping section for more information.
 

10.Urgent! I need this dress by tomorrow, is it possible?
 
Do contact us with the item name and specifications (colour or size, if any).We will advise you on whats the best option available for you.
 
 
11.How do I know what size to choose? 
 
To assist you in sizing selection, measurements are provided on the product page for you to compare against your clothing's measurement.
Clothing measurements are taken with item lying flat, except for chest and waist measurements which are taken around the specified area. Please note that there may be a slight difference (+/- 2 cm) from the measurements stated.
Every item is different just as every body type is unique. Feel free to

12.How can I pay for my order? 
 
Do check out the Payment section for more details but here's a summary:
For Singapore customers, you can make payment via PayPal, Internet banking, ATM fund transfer or cheque.
For India customers PayPal, Internet banking.
For Malaysia customers, you can make payment via PayPal (in S$ only)
For international customers, you can make payment via PayPal (in S$ or US$).
If you encounter difficulties in making payment or you see an error message, do

13.How can I return or exchange my merchandise? 

Your satisfaction is important to us. As such, we are proud to offer free returns via our "Change of Mind" policy.
If you have ordered a wrong size or if the design does not suit you, you can return or exchange the item to another size, colour or even design.
